Setting up 365 email accounts

SPSCC provides all students with an official school email through their Office 365 account,
with a typical address such as username@my.spscc.edu. You must have an account to log-
in to campus computers.
Steps:
1. Go to https://sna.spscc.edu/accountoptions

2. Click “Activate your
account”



3. Fill in:









4. Click “Continue”




4. Answer 3 security questions
Here are examples of the security Questions. Choose 3 of them and write down an
answer that you can remember!

 In what city did you meet your spouse/significant other?
 What street did you live on in 3
rd
grade?
 What is the middle name of your oldest child?
 What is your oldest sibling’s middle name?
 What is your maternal grandmother’s maiden name?
 In what city or town was your first job?
 What school did you attend for your sixth grade?
 In what city did your mother and father meet?
 In what city does your nearest sibling live?
 Where were you when you first heard of 9/11?
 What is the name of a college that you applied but never attended?

After activating your Office 365 account, you can login at:
https://sna.spscc.edu/o365login

Your account and e-mail should be ready within 24 hours of your application
acceptance. Instructions for setting up your account will be sent to the e-mail
address you provided the college at enrollment.
 If you are having problems setting up your account, please contact the Help
Desk at 360 596 5544 Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and
Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
