Breathing and the Gender Elements and their Uses

Israel Regardie further instructs the student to breathe in a certain way when preparing to utter
or vibrate a divine name or repeat them (as done in mantra yoga). However, it is not necessary to
do all the things he instructs one to. However, there are four types of breathing which are broken
down into the two gender elements. 1)ast ! ire, as it manifests heat. ") orceful ! ire, as it
