Conditional use to construct, use and maintain an unmanned
telecommunications facility in conjunction with an existing one-story
commercial building and surface parking lot in the C2-1-O Zone.

The proposed facility would include a 65-foot high monopole disguised as a
pine tree with 12 directional panel antennas, 15 remote radio units, four surge
suppressors, one microwave dish, and equipment cabinets to be located within
a new CMU block wall equipment enclosure with a chain link lid. The facility
is proposed near the southwest corner of the project site, adjacent to an alley.
