(A) Formal Complaint

SITUATION:
You ordered 3 photocopiers for your school.
Only one was delivered
You need these machines urgently
There is also a mistake on the invoice (what is it?)
When you called to speak to someone about it, no one could find a record of your order
This is not the first time youve had problems like this
Remember to include what action you want the other person to take in the formal complaint




Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to make a complaint about the three photocopiers that I ordered on 31
st
October
2013 from your company. However, I only received one photocopier on 4
th
November 2013. It seems that
there was a mistake on the invoice that reads One Minolta Photocopier. To make matters worse, your clerk
was a bit unhelpful when I called. I was simply passed from person to person. Above all, no one took
responsibility to solve the problem. Our school really needs that photocopiers urgently.
Taking everything into consideration, I would appreciate if you could deliver the rest of the
photocopiers by the end of this week.

Hi Jae,

This is horrible! You guess what, last week I ordered three photocopiers but they sent only one! Didnt they
check the invoice? Oh yes that fellow wrote it wrongly, he wrote one instead of three. And another thing
this company should replace their rude clerk!
We really need those photocopiers urgently. I need to register a complaint to the company.
