1.) I want to be able to spend time with my wife and kids


2.) I am okay with living anywhere in the US and I have no problem moving around.


3.) I no desire to travel worldwide, but would like to take vacations with my family annually.


4.) I have no problem working longer than 9-5, if it ends up being 7-10, then that is fine.


5.) I do not need a huge house or need the ultimate luxuries in life, but I want to be financially stable.



TIER #2: CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
List the careers you eliminated from your FOCUS assessment and describe why you eliminated them.

1.) Financial Aid Director- I am very bad with numbers and finances. I am trying to avoid any type work that
involves me managing money.


2.) Preschool Administrator- I enjoy working with kids, but I would not really enjoy being in charge of
toddlers.


3.) Agricultural Science Professor- I am very knowledgeable with Ag related topics, but I would not want to
teach at the collegiate level.


4.) Advertising Account Manager- I am not very good with Marketing knowledge which I would need to have
this job.


5.) Admissions Counselor- the money is not the greatest, and I would not really enjoy trying to recruit
students to attend a certain college.

1.) TV & Radio Station Administrator- This job would allow me to travel around the US and I could live
anywhere.


2.) Professional Sports Scout- This would be a dream job of mine if it was not for the bad pay starting off. I love
sports and I love seeing new talent.


3.) Athletic Director- this is a very realistic job for me because I plan on going into coaching and those two careers
go hand-in-hand.


4.) Camp Director- I enjoy planning events, especially the little things that make it run well. Id be able to be with
my family often.


5.) Alumni Relation Coordinator- I currently do this for my fraternity and I do this somewhat with ISU football. I
thoroughly enjoy meeting new people with similar backgrounds of mine and convincing them to donate money.
