The World of Shadows

when I speak of the World of Shadows I am speaking of what St. Paul referred to as Allegories,
Types, and shadows. The Bile speaks of many things in its pages that refers to this e!ent or that person
et" that it is a Type or Shadow of things to "ome.
Paul referred to #agar as $erusalem that was in ondage with her "hildren, and #e referred to Sarah as
%ew $erusalem who is &ree and is the 'other of us all.
The world around us is full of types and shadows as we understand from the Word of (od that (od
has indeed !eiled #imself in all of )reation, as a Type and a Shadow. *!ery Tree, *!ery Planet,
*!ery Star, *!ery person, pla"e, e!ent, et", In #im, In (od, We li!e, we reath, we ha!e our state of
eing. This we are Inside of (od and this means (od is *!erywhere. We see #im in #is !eiled
form, and it will take a +ey to unlo"k the 'ystery of Who and What #e is ehind )reation, or within
)reation. That +ey is this, The Spirit of ,e!elation. Paul "ommanded us to Pray that we may
re"ei!e the Spirit of ,e!elation and of Wisdom, that we may "omprehend what is the heights and
depths and lengths of the un!eiled (od. -ur purpose of this writing is to lay some ground work of
asi" types and shadows to plant them in your mind to formulate a way of thinking that in time as you
grow and mature in your understanding and faith, you will egin to un!eil the .nknown (od and see
