vi) Prepare labelling


2.Key in Daily Output in ERP system
3. Daily Production Jammed Part(Arrange manpower)
4.Transfer good part(incoming/outgoing)
i) Key in (incoming/outgoing for transfer)
ii) Standby by parts for shipment follow by planner
iii) Follow up to store after transfer
iv) Follow up assembly

5.Request indirect/material(packaging)

6.Arrange operator break time(take over machine)

7. Arrange OT for operator (Saturday/Sunday, Day & Night)Follow by Mr
.Steven
i)Arrange operator run what machine Day/Night
ii)Clear jammed part follow by planner Day/Night


8.Update schedule on white board
i)Daily output

9.Update Daily production report and record file
i. For testing parts (Filing and compiling)
ii. Prepare label , packaging ,w/instruction(Follow by Eng)

10.Arrange night shift manpower
11. Additional:-
interview new manpower
training new manpower
inventory committee
issue maintenance form for moulding internal problem
follow superintendant instruction
Help M.H standby next schedule material
Helping M.H check every hour machine running what parts
Helping M.H clean hooper if machine stop running
Helping technician up and down mold and repair simple
maintenance on machine
