4. Nu exista o transparenta in procesul de vanzare – cumparare ( adica

fiecare producator produsele )

5. Nu exista o legislatie coerenta in domeniul publicitatii mobiliare si

imobiliare ( adica nu exista un sait oficial din partea institutiilor statului unde sa publice producatorii si comerciantii ofertele de vanzare adica preturile si produsele iar consumatorii sa le poata vizualiza in timp real )
6. Consumatorul reprezinta o forta care este neglijata dar care poate duce in

anumite conditii la schimbari majore in politica ( vezi crizele mondiale 1929-1933 si 2008-2010 – cand consumul a scazut dramatic datorita politicilor “ protectioniste “ atat din partea Statului cat si a institutiilor financiare ) - profit maxim intr-un timp foarte scurt ce conduce la specula si coruptie si contravine legilor economice . 7. STATUL nu poseda deoarece nu a realizat singura macro - piata prevazute la punctele 1-6

1. Consumer is not able to see effectively in real time all the prices that existed in the market for a particular product. 2. Consumer is not able to compare effectively in real time all the prices that existed in the market for a particular product. 3. Market consists of a micro amount - markets (shops, etc..) Whose pricing is based on a demand and a limited offer from a particular geographic location (State) and to a certain category of consumers. 4. There is no transparency in the sale - purchase (ie every manufacturer and dealer that sometimes they choose you to sell products) 5. No coherent legislation in advertising and real estate securities (ie there is no official site of the state institutions where manufacturers and traders to public offerings and products and the sale prices mean consumers can view them in real time) 6. The consumer is a force that is neglected but under certain conditions can lead to major changes in policy (see global crises 1929-1933 and 20082010 - when consumption fell dramatically due to policy "protectionist" both from the State and financial institutions ) - the maximum profit in a very short time leading to speculation and corruption and economic unlawful. 7. STATE not currently possess the function of business partner because it has not achieved "unification" of all micro - markets in a single macro that market to be able to implement the requirements of paragraphs 1-6 of this paper.
