Reflection for simulation in the classroom

Content Standard:

4.3 By the end of the 6-year


primary schooling, pupils will be
able to plan, organise, and produce
creative works for enjoyment

Learning Standard:
4.3.1 Able to plan, produce and display
creative works based on literary texts using a
variety of media with guidance
4.3.2 Able to plan, prepare and participate in a
performance with guidance based on literary
works

Lesson Objectives:
By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:
1.Recite poem with correct intonation and
pronunciation
2.Talk and express their own thought regarding
the theme of the poem
3.Come out with their own simple poem using
the same theme with poem given

Strength
Our voice projection is very clear. All of
students can hear our voice clearly.
The poem used in this lesson is not a high
level poem.
While in production stages, my partner had
walking around in order to check the pupils
progress.
Improve students social skills ,thinking skill &
language skill.

Weaknesses
Using the wrong instructional language.
The song that we choose for the set induction
is too long. So it had dragged the time limit for
the set induction stages.
I had a fever on the simulation day.
Lack of vocabulary.

Recommendations for improvement


Relia:Cut the song and make the duration only for
around 1.5 minutes .
Introduce some of the unfamiliar vocabulary.
In the practice stage the teacher should prepare
the prediction of the students idea on the card to
make it more interesting.
Be more precise regarding to the lesson plan.
Give more attention to the instructional
language.
Added moral values.
Added more attractive activity.(character)
