lvl 2 - Swift Stride - Beginning at lvl 2, the Keeper of the Reef can make a
balance check to walk on a surface of water as if it were a tight rope, as
outlined in the DMG. At lvl 10, he can walk on water as if it were merely a
slippery surface. At lvl 15, he does not need to make any special check and can
walk on water as if it were solid ground.
