Free Installation of wireless device to clients
business premises within Metro Manila.
On clients outside Metro Manila, we can presetup the device that the client can handle
easy plug-and-play installation.
If DigitalConnect technician is required for onsite installation for multiple devices, the client
shoulders the transportation, accommodation,
food and other related on-site expenses.
Setup of public and private SSIDs for clients
and operators use.
Setup and printing of vouchers for paid Wi-Fi
service;
Remote management of the device using cloud
-based network controller;
Auto email alert in case of problem about the
device;
Network troubleshooting;

Marketing Support

Design of clients logo, tarpaulin signage, log in splash page responsive to all mobile devices
such as laptops, smartphones and tablets.

Customer Service Support

Provides Wi-Fi Hotspot Operations Manual to the client.

Services Fee
DigitalConnect proposes Refundable Deposit Fee of Php 6,000.00 for every router/access point
required on the business location. The monthly refund is Php 500.00 for 12 months.
Mode of Payment is cash upon installation within Metro Manila. For clients outside Metro Manila,
the equipment is shipped upon PayPal payment as preferred mode of payment or upon confirmation of bank deposit.
We proposed profit sharing with our clients, 50 % profit to client and 50 % profit to DigitalConnect, after deducting Internet Subscription cost. Sample computation of Revenue Forecast is as follows:

be deployed to the clients business

Recommendations
To ensure quality and cost-effective Wi-Fi services to the customers, DigitalConnect recommends
the following to our clients:

High foot traffic business location that can attract up to 50 simultaneous online customers.

Internet Subscription of at least 3 Mbps using commercial grade status.

For every 1 Mbps, the Internet speed can handle up to 5 simultaneous online users. For 3
Mbps Internet speed, it can handle up to 15 simultaneous online users.
We recommend business Internet subscription since its pipeline is priority over residential
Internet subscription.
We prefer Globe Business as Internet Service Provider based on experience by existing
clients. Globe Business offers cost-effective Internet subscription with very good customer
services support to business subscribers.

To open free PayPal account (personal or business) to facilitate payment of DigitalConnect

service invoices twice a month.
