Etiology  Taenia saginata .

Spreading Eating half done meat that contains “Cysticercus bovis” .

colic & symptoms such as gastric ulcer / bile duct disease  is not rare . vomit after eating.Clinical symptoms     Adult worms  impaired in human GIT impaired  the length of the worm in intestine End of incubation period : diarrhea & hunger Weight loss. nausea.

Diagnosis   Eggs  difficult to differentiate from Taenia solium eggs Excretion of proglottid everyday  helping diagnosis .

Treatment  Same as Taenia solium .
