In addition to the resume, cover letter, and list of references, I have included several supporting

documents that I feel reflect my competencies and abilities. These documents can be viewed by clicking
on the corresponding tab located near the top of the page.
Under the first tab, Degree Audit, you will find the degree progress for my Bachelors degree
from UW Stout. This document shows that upon completion of the current semester ending December
19, 2014 and a subsequent internship I will be eligible for graduation in May 2015. The coursework
throughout has focused on Human Development and Family Studies competencies and ethical,
professional development.
Under the second tab, Education and Qualifications, I have included several documents. The
first is a Chancellors Award I received for high marks at a time when I was concurrently working fulltime job with demanding hours. I feel that this document demonstrates initiative, time management
skills, and problem solving abilities. The second document is a certificate acknowledging continuing
education credits in confidentiality training. This document relates to the human development and
family dynamics as when working with people maintaining confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
The third document is my degree from CVTC for AODA, I believe this shows, at least, that Ive been
educated to have communication skills and teamwork skills as these are essential to AODA counseling.
The fourth document is a certificate of continuing education in working with Pathological Gambling, I
believe this demonstrates knowledge to family dynamics and diversity specifically for those individuals
and families affected by gambling. The fifth document contains the final appraisal from my summer
diversity internship working with low-income families. I believe this speaks to my diversity and
communication skills.
Under the third tab, Family Impact Analysis, there is my FIA about the W-2 T transitions
program in Wisconsin. I believe that this document shows communication skills, diversity awareness,
and knowledge in family dynamics.
Under the fourth and final tab, I included my Solutions to Poverty Project as I felt it directly
applied to the job posting. This paper demonstrates again communication skills, diversity awareness,
human development, and family dynamic understanding.
The skill of leadership abilities was not represented through supporting documentation but is
represented through my job history on my resume. I was in a leadership role when I worked for JennieO.
Also, Im hoping that by the time this is reviewed I will have a different picture posted. But, if its
still me with a lamb, it was about all I had on my laptop and phone that was just of me. I understand that
is probably not the professional picture.
