Lesson Plan
Objectives:
The students will be able to use American Sign Language incorporating classifiers related to
riding a bike. The students will be able to describe the terrains related to riding a bike with
classifiers.
Outcomes:
Student will be able to describe the terrains related to riding a bicycle:

Use classifiers and Non-Marker Manual (NMM) to describe the experience riding a

Classifiers: flat B, upside down V, 3, and claw 5.

Methods and Approaches:

Direct Method The DEM techniques to introduce the new signs, they are the everyday
vocabulary. I used the target language 100% in my lesson plan.
Natural Approach I used the Natural Approach of Describe the terrains while riding a
bike.
Cooperative Learning The students will be split into groups to ask each other what did
experience of biking incident.
