Electrical shop drawings shall follow the latest architectural layout
Location of the lighting fixtures shall be coordinated with the exact location of transformers, MV
switchgear and busduct
Preference to not have a false ceiling in the EDP room

Contractor is deemed to have coordinated with other trades before proceeding with the work on site.
All embedded conduits and boxes in concrete shall be approved by the structural consultant.
Contractors shall follow the latest architectural shop drawings and false ceiling layout.
Submit composite drawing low level and high level for information and record.
Contractor to submit panelboards schedules showing the assigned circuits, taking into consideration
the maximum load on every circuit, Maximum cable length, Breaker curve type (D, C or B) and voltage
drop calculations.
Any deficiency or lack in the first fix provision found at any time is to be considered the contractor sole
responsibility and remedy at his own expenditure to the approval of the consultant.
All pull boxes shall be accessible.
Location of light fitting inside lift shafts shall coordinated with lifts supplier.
In decorative areas the pull boxes under false ceilings are not recommended unless they are approved
by interior designer.
The routing and Type of the digital lighting bus as well as the coverage of the motion and presence
detector shall be in line with the supplier requirements.
Location of switches to be coordinated with doors opening. Avoid the installation of switch behind the
door when it is opened.

Cable tray (Basement REV2)


1- Tags shall be assigned for each branch of low current cable tray indicating the number and type
of low current cable.
2- Provide detail for the type of accessories for cables to pass the beam through sleeves.
3- Enough free space should be provided near the cable tray in order to facilitate the cable
installation (Provide Section)
4- Provide detail for cables passing through openings.
5- Provide Supports and section Details
6- Provide Shaft Details & Section
7- Specify the accessories used. Revise and resubmit this detail separately. (Ceiling mounted cable
trays/ladder support)
Notes

equipment requirements
6- Location of the Junction box shall be coordinated with the beam.
7- provide detail for GI conduits when crossing the beam
8- exact location and wiring (between handset and push button) shall be coordinated with
approved medical equipment requirements (typical)
9- provide height of wall mounted luminaires (typical)
10- dimension missing exact location for the scialytic outlet to be coordinated with the approved
medical equipment requirements
11- 240V outlet and LED driver shall be outside the shower. (Typical)
12- wiring for motion detector shall be as per approved motion detector manufacturer (typical)
13- Cable trunk sizing calculation shall be submitted. Provide sections (typical)
