ADOBE CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR BONANZA

Objective: The objective of this program is to reduce the attrition % in Adobe process which is
currently 16% which is costing time, money and revenue loss to the company. The purpose to launch
this bonanza is to reduce the attrition from 16% to 10% in next 3 months.

Applicable for: All Agents & SMEs

Eligibility Period: November 1, 2009 to January 31, 2010

Qualifying Criteria:

1. All the active employees who are in the Operations as on November 1, 2009 are eligible to
participate in this bonanza.

2. All the employees who complete 3 months in Operations from November 1, 2009 would
qualify i.e. all the employees who are active as on February 1, 2010.

3. No NCNS & No Negative leave during the period i.e. November 1, 2009 to
January 31, 2010.

Exceptions:

The following 2 exceptions are granted to ensure fairness and opportunity to make for the
bonanza:

a) If an employee has any NCNS or negative leave balance in the month of Nov09, he /she
would get one extra month of Feb10 to make up for the same i.e. the period of
participation would be considered as December 1,2009 to February 28,2010.

b) All the employees who have hit the floor between Nov 1, 2009 to Nov. 30,2009 would be
eligible to participate and their 3 months would be counted from the floor hit date.

Bonanza Amount:

An Agent/SME who meet all the above mentioned criterias, he/she would be paid an amount of
Rs. 6,000/- (Six Thousand only) as Christmas & New Year Bonanza.

Bonanza Payment Mode:

The Bonanza amount will be paid to the employees, who qualify as per above mentioned criteria,
on February 3, 2010. All the employees who qualify as per the Exceptions criteria ,mentioned above,
would be paid on March 3, 2010.
