INVITATION
Beware of Foreclosure Rescue and Loan
Modification Scams – A Forum for Faith and
Community Leaders
Loan modification scams are proliferating in our community as scam artists prey on
homeowners who are facing foreclosure. Instead of getting help, these homeowners
are losing money and their homes.

Please Join the Arizona Foreclosure Prevention Task Force, the Arizona Attorney General, the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and other community leaders so that you
can inform your congregations and constituents about the resources available to keep them out
of the grasp of the scammers.
