*RP (Reward Points) earned are awarded to eligible Consultants by the 15th of the following
calendar month, and are redeemable toward free Nikken product.
In Europe, RP will temporarily be shown as PV equivalents until the necessary software
modifications have been completed.

2015 customer incentives


1. Incentive period runs from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015.
2. Participating Consultants are not permitted to sign up as their own
customer, nor to have orders shipped to their own address.
3. Reward Points earned are awarded to the eligible Consultant by the 15th of
the following calendar month, and are redeemable toward Nikken product
only. Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to Autoship, or
used to pay an outstanding balance.
4. Reward Points must be redeemed in one transaction placed through the Call
Center within six months of receiving the award. PV and CV will be reduced
by the amount of Reward Points redeemed. Unredeemed Reward Points will
expire following six months from the award date.
5. Participants must be Consultants in good standing with the company
during the incentive period. Consultants found in noncompliance with the
Consultant Agreement or Policies & Procedures are not eligible.
6. Products cannot be purchased solely for the purpose of incentive
qualification. Products must be purchased for the purpose of either actual
personal use or retail sale to the ultimate customer.
7. At the sole discretion of Nikken, returns of more than 5 percent may
disqualify the Consultant from receiving any incentive reward.
8. Nikken reserves the right to withhold final approval of all winners, pending
verification of compliance to the incentive rules.
9. Value of reward earned by a Consultant will be included on his/her 1099/T4A.
Nikken reserves the right to determine the value of all rewards.
10. Nikken reserves the right to interpret the rules and rewards of the
incentive.
