Snow Day - Calendar Setup

Snow days that can be counted as


forgiven days
School > Calendar Setup

Clear any attendance that has been entered for the day being coded as a snow day.

Day clear the Day field.

Schedule clear the Schedule day.

Tracks - clear fields A through F.

In Sess - keep a check in this field. If you remove the In Session checkmark, then when you
verify the number of school days in the calendar it will not be included in the total.

Memb Value - keep a 1 in this field.

Type - choose Other or any other Type you may have designated in your district.

Note indicate Snow Day or any other description you may have designated in your district.

Run the Refresh Premier Attendance Views Data function prior to running the 75% report or
any ADA/ADM reports.

Clear any attendance that has been entered for the day being coded as a snow day.

Day clear the Day field.

Schedule clear the Schedule day.

Tracks - clear fields A through F.

In Sess remove the check in this field.


o By removing the In Session checkmark, when you verify the number of school days in the
calendar this day will not be included in the total and will not be included in the 75%
report. This will prevent you from having too many days in your calendar when you add
the make-up days at the end of the school calendar.

Memb Value - Change this field to 0.

Type - choose Other or any other Type you may have designated in your district.

Note indicate Snow Day Unforgiven or any other description you may have designated in
your district.

Run the Refresh Premier Attendance Views Data function prior to running the 75% report or
any ADA/ADM reports.
