Part III Response

4. Which of the 3 military jobs would you like best? Why?
I like the Navy SEALs the best because they are something I have been drawn to and I have
done a lot of research regarding them and it would be something I would really like to do or at
least try to do.
5. Did you know that this job existed before? Or, are you surprised that it exists?
Yes I knew that this job existed before.
6. Now that youve looked into this career, do you think it might be a good option for you? Weigh
the pros and cons of military service, government benefits, and being able to transition into a
civilian career with the other paths to the career (usually college).
I think it would be because it is very team based and is very challenging to get into but once
you do it would be the experience of a lifetime. One downside is that most special forces
operators dont get married or marriages dont last very long because of deployment
schedules and the fact that you might not be home a lot.
