Learning Technologist for Wiley

May 2013 - Present

I currently am working with the LMS Moodle and Blackboard managing Anna Maria College and Saint Peters
University. It is my responsibility to ensure the courses run smoothly and all technology in the courses are up to date
and functioning as efficiently as possible. It is also my responsibility to train the faculty I work with in both LMS and
support them with whatever they need throughout the term. I also hold Webinars and create training documents to
make for an effective process.

After receiving content from PepsiCo’s R&D University, it was my responsibility to work with SMEs and convert the
course material into eLearning modules in Captivate.

Informational Specialist at K-12 Distance Learning

December 2011 – December 2012

Migrated content from the Learning Management System Blackboard into K-12’s Learning Management System
CALMS using various techniques including working with XML and system management experts.

Contract Mobile Developer at Strayer University

Worked within Strayer’s LMS Blackboard in order to make the courses more mobile compliant using HTML .

Instructional Designer at Keystone Highschool

January 2012 - May 2012

Designed, developed, and implemented training for informational specialists at K-12 distance learning using the
ADDIE model. The completed projected included the following deliverables: a needs analysis, content outline, task
analysis chart, and development for the employees, 93 page training manual, and visual training utilizing Captivate.

Instructional Design Project for Springs Window Fashion

January 2011 - May 2012

Created training for the employees at Springs Window fashion focusing on their wooden window blind collection and
all the various components included. Training was created in Articulate.

Instructional Design Project for Service 1st Credit Union

September 2011 - December 2011

Created training for the employees at Service 1 st Credit Union. The training’s focus was the Credit Union’s mobile
application and the various functions it offered in order to ensure the employees were able to answer customer
inquiries. Deliverables included a training module created in Articulate.
