Intervention Specialist
Worked independently and with collaborative teams to develop, advise, and manage multiple
projects within the schools response to intervention program. Assisted in the management and
development of the intervention database from conception to implementation that was used to help
track and monitor the instructional intervention delivered to learners. Through analyzing feedback
from program and training evaluations that I conducted, modified and created a new intervention input
method that helped reduce database input time by 50%.
Utilized Microsoft and Adobe products to design job-aids, create printed guides, and implement
trainings and workshops to help adult learners navigate through the program process. I Collaborated
and facilitated meetings with subject matter experts to create intervention plans and instructional
materials for at-risk learners. I monitored aspects of the responsive instruction program in order to give
senior management advise on appropriate action to take achieve the program intended objectives.
Conducted research on the current trends and practices related to the response to intervention
process to develop new instructional methods to improve the schools current response to intervention
program. My efforts helped decrease the D/F ratio of at-risk children by 15%, thereby helping the

Worked in inside sales and training for Circuit City web sales department, and help the
department reach 1-billion dollar in sales during 2006 by bringing in 1.2 million dollars in sales.
Developed excellent communication skills through making quality-base sales, provided technical
support for customers, and helped reduced company cost by maintaining 100% documentation
and data integrity.
Worked with training team to review, revise and design our web department intranet website
to include web-based trainings, instructional media, and job-aid materials to help with employee
