On Wednesday morning I got up and showered and got dressed. I said hi to Saundra and she said hi back. Saundra started to cook herself two eggs. I asked Saundra to take a shower and she began arguing with me over taking a shower. I told her she needed to take a shower because she smelled tke a herd of buffalo. I think she stinks because, she’s a heavier gir] and she sleeps under the covers right by the heater, so she gets a smell to her. She got mad I guess because she was offended and so she started snapping on me. Saundra finally got into the shower or so I thought. I went to check on her after a few minutes and found her standing in the shower with the water on but she wasn’t getting wet. I got mad at her because I saw that she had a washcloth and was just wiping her chest with it without soap. We started arguing and I wasn't for it so I left the house and took a walk. I eame back a few minutes later and Saundra was still pissed off. I went right into my room which is in the back and started watching T.V. We weren't talking at all while I was watching T.V. We got a knock on the door and I went to the door and saw that it was my grandson Calvin. I opened the door and Calvin went to step in, He asked if we could watch a movie and I told him not today because Saundra and I were having a bad day. I sat on the porch with Calvin for a while until he left. I went back inside and found that there were feces all over the toilet. I asked Saundra what happened and she said “Oh, Y'll get it”. She came into the bathroom and took a washcloth and cleaned the feces off the toilet. I then noticed that her face was dirty so I said to her you took a shower this morning and didn’t wash your face. Saundra then just took the rag she cleaned the feces with and wiped her face with it, Ijust walked out of the bathroom and went to take another walk until I took notice to the white chair in the front room had feces on it. I said Saundra “Look at this, you got to wash your butt", Saundra grabbed a dish rag from the kitchen and started over like she was going to wipe it with the dish rag. I said Saundra “Oh, you are not going to use the dish rag to clean that up”. Saundra put the dish rag down and cleaned it up with the washcloth. T took the washcloth from her and threw it away. I had to leave and get away from her at this point so I went out and took a walk for about fifteen minutes to half an hour. During the walk I found $5 so I went and bought a wrap and some weed which I paid $4 for. I went back home and met up with my Grandson Calvin again at the front steps of Saundra and I house. Calvin was hungry so I went in and got him two raw potato’s and some chicken salad. Calvin went to leave but the back tire to his bike fell off. We tried to fix it on the sidewalk but it was so dark we weren’t able to so I let him fix it in my bedroom. I went back inside after Calvin left and told Saundra I was getting ready to cook dinner. I went to the kitchen and got four steaks ready and placed them in the oven. I went to my room to smoke the weed I bought but I never got the chance because Saundra was complaining that she didn’t want to eat. Iwent on the porch briefly and came back in and noticed we didn’t have any dish liquid so I went next door to John and Dawn’s at 45 to borrow some. I stayed in there for about half an hour and then returned back to the house. When I got back the steaks were burning. Saundra then took the pan and hit me tight her (Taylor indicates with her hand the middle of the forehead). I pushed her off me and told her I wasn’t fighting and walked out the house. I sat on the porch for awhile because it was too cold to walk around. I went back into the house ate my food and said good night to Saundra. 1 was watching SUV law and order and fell asleep at some point during it. I was trying to defend myself from her and thought to myself this lady is actually beating the shit out of me. I snaiched that cord from her and started her with it. Ileft the house and took the cord down the street on 53” Street between Arch and Race and placed it into a trash can. I went back home and as I walked in the door Saundra said to me this isn't over and pushed me into the mantel piece and hit my neck. I was falling down after hitting the mantel and Saundra pushed me down the zest of the way making me knock down a large gray tote. I got ‘mad and got up and started hitting her, I grabbed her by her hair and slung her toward the apartment door I then slung her toward the middle of the floor. As she was getting back up I slung her again and she banged off the doot or the wall or both I really cat’ tell you because I walked away. I went and laid down and Saundra stayed laying on the floor. I got up to go to the bathroom as I got up I looked in at Saundra and saw her pouring water from a little white bowl onto the floor of the front room, I asked her what she was doing and she went over to the sink and refilled the bowl and dumped that bowl onto the floor. She went to the sink. again and I yelled what are you doing?. I went to stop her and she threw the bowl at me. I punched her in the face and grabbed her by her neck and really slung ber this time. I saw her slam off the door head first near the door knob area and then she slid down the door onto the floor. I put the bowl into the sink and dialed ACCESS I found out we got our food stamps and I yelled to Saundra that we had got them but she didn’t answer. I went to bed and ‘woke up again in the middle of the night I went to check on Saundra because I didn’t hear her snoring and she always snores. turned on the kitchen light and saw Saundra laying on the floor face down inher room .
