General Summary of Quarter 1

For starting the business, I took the rich uncles gift which provides some employees, raw
materials, products and work places. It can help me save my start-up cost a lot. I also got an old
laboratory, two stores to reorganise, a factory, and an office in Valencia, Venezuela from the rich
uncle. I opened a store selling clothes and an office in Nigeria, but I have already closed them
because the products price was too high and I cannot sell much higher than the purchasing price
because it would be higher than the city average. I also closed the old laboratory that I got from the
uncle.
My clothes store in Valencia is the most successful enterprise so far because I get lots of
products from the uncle, and I waited to see which product can sell most and least, then I ordered
the supplies according to the data. My sausage factory is the least successful because I didnt
operate them very well.

The profit of the companys enterprises is unstable because sometimes the supplier changes
the price of the products, so when I didnt check the price, the companys selling price would be
lower than the purchasing price which causes losses. The losses could affect the revenues.

Financial success : The electronics store is the newest enterprise in the company. At the

beginning, the company ordered 50 products for each supply and ordered more if there are lots of
buyers. The purchasing price of the products in this store is much lower than the city
average price, so the company can earn lots of profit and not much losses from this enterprise.
Financial technique : In this quarter, the companys earning-profit method is to buy products at
low price and also look at the quality of the products and then buy if it is rational and sell them at
high price, but not higher than city average price.

Highest loss : On the 11th week, the company met the most loss (176 126$) from the
electronics store because the store has just been opened. There were no customers on the first
day.
