PURPOSE
To establish and maintain a system to ensure that appropriate data is
collected to ensure that the suitability and effectiveness of the Quality
Management System and to evaluate continual improvement of the
organization as well as the Quality Management System.
SCOPE
Applicable to all processes of QMS.
RESPONSIBILITY
Over all responsibility rests with Administrative officer cum MR .
PROCEDURE
Data will be collected on the each ORDER biases and will be recorded by MR
on regular basis. The data which is otherwise fixed frequency basis will be
collected accordingly Following will be the essential contributors:
Customer satisfaction Index
Product conformity Analysis
Trend analysis of products and processes.
Vendor ratings
Cost reduction analysis
IQA ANALYSIS
Improvement Suggestions
Findings will be discussed in the Management review meetings and analysis
of DATA made in form MRO-F01(08-04)
for improvement will be
discussed .suitably and suitable graph as deem fit will be plotted.
