    Mark Czameki, and Mike Driscoll) to discuss a complaint filed by the Fair Housing Justice
    Center (FHJC) in federal district court regarding fair lending.

    On Febmary 19, 2015, Federal Reserve staff(James Donohue, John Ricketti, and
    William Kelly) telephoned M&T representative (Drew Pfirman to ensure that M&T had a clear
    understanding of information requested by the Federal Reserve during the prior telephone call.
