Demand and Supply of Higher Education
The market for higher education is different from the market of consumer products. Price
is not a key factor that determines the relationship between demand and supply of higher
education.
Two hypothesis:
1) Increase in supply would result in increase in demand for higher education
2) Expected income is the determinant in driving supply and demand
I would select some major variables such as income level, population average age,
number of students admitted to colleges or university per year, high school completion
rate,
