Potrebno:

- 300 ml mleka
- 1 kaiica eera
- 40 g sveeg kvasca
- 2 belanceta
- 3 kaike ulja
- 1 kaiica soli
- 150 ml jogurta
- 850 g brana

Fil:

- 60 g kajmaka
- 60 g sira
- 60 g sirnog namaza
- 30 g putera

I jo treba:

- 2 umanceta
- 1 kaika ulja
- 1 kaika mleka
- susam
- margarin

U toplo mleko staviti eer , kvasac i kaiicu brana. Ostaviti da kvasac nadoe. U vanglicu staviti belanca, ulje, so i jogurt
zatim viljukom malo umutiti. Dodati mleko sa nadolim kvascem i branom zamesiti testo. Testom udarati o radnu povrinu
najmanje 50 puta, zatim pokriti krpom i ostaviti na toplom mestu 30 minuta.

Nadolo testo ponovo premesiti zatim na pobranjenoj radnoj povrini oklagijom razvui krug od 60 cm. Testo isei prvo
unakrst zatim svaki od etiri dela na jo 7 manjih trouglova tako da na kraju dobijete 28 kiflica.

Za fil umutite sve navedene namirnice zatim na svaki trougao stavite po manju kaiicu. Prilikom uvijanja kiflica, testo po
malo povlaite da se jo malo izdui i istanji. Sloite na pleh i ostavite da odstoje dok se rerna ne zagreje.

Sjediniti umanca, mleko i ulje zatim premazati kiflice i posuti ih susamom. Na svaku kiflicu staviti po pare margarina i pei u
zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 18 minuta ili zavisno od vae rerne.

Salty rolls

A perfect breakfast for those who dont have time to make one in the morning!

Ingredients:
300ml of milk
1 tsp of sugar
40g of fresh yeast
2 egg whites
3 tbs of oil
1 tsp of salt
150ml of yogurt
850g of flour

for the filling:


100g of cheese
70g of cheesy spread
30g of butter
1 egg yolk

You will also need:


1 egg yolk
1 tbs of oil
1 tbs of milk
sesame seeds
margarine

Add the sugar, the yeast and a teaspoon of flour into warm milk. Leave the yeast to swell up. Add the egg whites, the oil, the
salt and the yogurt into a saucepan and beat using a fork. Add the milky yeast and knead the dough. Slam the dough onto the
surface at least 50 times, then cover it with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough again and stretch it out so that it is 1cm thick. Make circles, about 7 to 8 cm wide and place them on a
baking tin.
Using the bottom of the glass you used to make the circles, make a mold inside the cirles.
Mix the cheese, cheesy spread, butter and egg yolk for the filling and place a teaspoon of it into the mold you just made.
Combine the egg yolk, the oil and the milk and cover the muffins with it.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and add a bit of margarine on top of each muffin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 18 minutes.
