INTRODUCTION

Everyday people are reporting their wonderful experiences on health benefits of yoga.Yoga poses (asanas) breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and chanting. The Sanskrit word yoga has many meanings, and is derived from the Sanskrit root "yuj," meaning "to control".Someone who practices yoga or follows the yoga philosophy is called a yogi or yogini.

GOAL OF YOGA

The goal of yoga may range from improving health to achieving Moksha. Yoga helps to eliminate various diseases,tension and stress.
