Leader: Crosses of palm, fashioned by the faithful in faraway places, unite us in our devotion
of Jesus of Nazareth, and focus our gaze on the King, the Lamb, the Son of God.

Leader: Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem! Lo, your
king comes to you; triumphant and victorious is he, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt,
the foal of a donkey.

no account.

Leader: Surely he has borne our infirmities and carried our diseases; yet we accounted him
stricken, struck down by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions,
crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the punishment that made us whole, and by his
bruises we are healed.
