On March 25, 2015, I received by fax Judge Rosen's March 18, 2015 Decision [1] on my Request to Inspect Defendants Olmert’s and Zaken's duly executed judgment records in instant court file. [2] The March 18, 2015 Decision says: “The court file, in which inspection is requested, is physically located in the Supreme Court as part of the Appeal on the Judgment. Therefore, it is not possible to grant the Request’. 3. The March 18, 2015 Decision is likely to lead a reasonable person to the conclusion that Defendants Olmet’s and Zaken's Judgment records have never been duly registered in Net-HaMishpat ~ IT system of the Court - either in its public access component, or in its Court's case management component. That ~ while the Court is today electronically administered through Net-HaMishpat. However, it should be noted that the March 18, 2015 Decision never explicitly states that duly executed Judgment records, subject of the Request, do exist. 4. Absent due registration by the Office of the Clerk of papers filed either by parties or by the judicial authorities in the case, validity and effect of such records remain vague and ambiguous, even if they do exist. 5. Moreover, the failure to duly register Defendants Olmet’s and Zaken's Judgment records stands in contrast with the registration of the judgment records of other Defendants in instant court file, and the registration of the judgment records of various other defendants in numerous other court files, where Judge Rosen presided. 6. The case, underlying instant court file, is of the highest public policy significance.
