REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR No. 3-2015

CY 2015 Priority Programs

TO

All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees

The Bureau of Internal Revenue has been tasked to collect P1.72085

Trillion in internal revenue taxes for CY 2015.
The revenues generated by the Bureau support the national development
initiatives of the Government. The Philippines was recently recognized as the
fastest growing economy in Southeast Asia and to maintain such distinction, the
Bureaus revenue performance is crucial. It shall also support the countrys
efforts in the 2015 ASEAN integration.
In light of the foregoing, and as in previous years, this Circular is being
issued to disseminate the twenty-seven (27) CY 2015 Priority Programs that are
intended to help the Bureau in attaining its revenue target.
All Bureau offices are therefore enjoined to align their activities, projects
and other undertakings with these Priority Programs to sustain the positive trend
of improved collection efficiency that has been observed over the past three (3)
years.
