ADOPTION OF THE MINUTES FOR THE NOVEMBER STRATA COUNCIL MEETING twas moved by Glen Pierce and seconded by Amanda Parent that the minutes of the November 26, 2008 Strata Council meeting be accepted. CARRIED. ©. _ BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES 4. No pravious business was discussed. Business arising from the minutes will be addressed at the next Strata Council Meeting, D. FINANCIAL REVIEW 4. ____Itwas moved by Rob Johnson and seconded by Amanda Parent to accept the November 2009 financial statements. CARRIED. — NEWBUSINESS 4. LANDSCAPING Premier Landscaping has submitted a quote in the amount of $14,490.00 to continue with the cleanup of the grounds. It was moved by Glen Pierce and seconded by Amanda Parent to obtain the services of Premier, CARRIED. 2 2010 BUDGET Teamwork together with Council reviewed the budget for the upcoming year, a draft budget was formed and the proposed budget will be submitted with the nolice of the Annual General Meeting 3. BYLAWS The Bylaws were reviewed. Suggested amendments and additions to the Bylaws will be in the ‘Annual General Meeting notice for the owners review. F. NEXT STRATA COUNCIL MEETING - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ‘The Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 7.00PM. with sign-in at 6.30PM. Formal notice will follow in due course. 6. ADJOURNMENT ‘There being no further business, it was MISIC that the meeting be adjourned at 9:15 PM.
