SuperPro Volvo 240 Bushings

The following bushings are available for a 240 series car. All 240 series used
the same bushings except the early years used a different style torque rod
bushing. The rest of the bushings are the same, from ’75 to ’93.

SPF0522K….Panhard Bushing Kit… $21.25

Bushings and crush tubes included. Includes bushings to do both ends of the
panhard rod. Requires removal of original bushing and shell.
SPF0521-__K…Swaybar to Chassis Bushing Kit… $11.75

Available in 16, 19, 21 and 23mm sizes.

SPF0520K…Torque Rod Bushing set… $39.99

Earlier “hourglass” style. Price is for 4 bushings and includes bushings and
crush tubes. Typically these bushings are priced per pair so initially prices
may seem to be substantially lower than the later style. Once you double the
price (as I already have) the prices get a little more comparable. This
bushing installs directly in the torque rod end, like the OEM bushing. It’s an
accepted fact that the older torque rods are weaker so if one is upgrading
to polyurethane bushings, typically they upgrade to the newer, stronger
torque rods and bushings. See SPF0727 for the newer
bushings.
SPF2092BK…Upper Endlink Bushings…$11.25 per set of 4

Direct replacement of OEM bushings. While they seem quite a bit smaller,
they will “squish” out and fill the space quite nicely…
SPF1312K…Rear Trailing Arm Bushing Kit…$62.75

Sold as a pair; enough to do both trailing arms. Bushings are 2-piece and
push in from either end of the original shell. Crush tubes are included.
Requires removal of the original bushing material and re-uses the original
bushing shell. Removal of the original shell from the trailing arm is not
required nor is it recommended unless you have the proper tool.

Sold as a set of 4; enough to do both torque rods. Requires removal of OEM

bushings and shells and is installed directly in the torque rod.
SPF0639K…Front Trailing Arm Bushings… $27.75

Sold as a pair; one for each control arm. Requires removal of the original
bushing and shell and is installed directly in the trailing arm. Includes crush
tubes
SPF0638…Rear Control Arm Bushings…$45.50

Kit includes 2 bushings; one for each side. Crush tubes are included as well
as large washers. Requires removal of original bushing material. Installs in
original bushing shell.
SPF0637K…Front Control Arm Bushings… $29.99

Kit includes 2 bushings and 2 crush tubes. Requires removal of the original
bushing and original shell. Installs directly in the trailing arm.

Complete bushing kits are available and include all the bushings except the
swaybar bushings. Priced individually, the bushings included in a complete kit
works out to $249.23. I sell complete kits for $229.
