Additional Teacher/Student Comments:
Overall, Kristin shows professionalism within her practice. She utilizes a therapeutic communication with residents of Malton Village
and is seen to provide the residents with respect and confidentiality. Kristin attends clinical in full Humber specific uniform and
arrives earlier than as to be expected. She accepts all feedback and uses it as a tool to help her grow and move forward throughout this
clinical process. Kristin jumps at all learning opportunities and is willing to assist wherever needed. Documentation skills need to be
worked on, try not to include too much irrelevant data in documentation.
