1. Please compare the day 1, day 2, and day 3 graphs to your projected calorie
intake. Please discuss any trends that exist within your current diet, and explain
what changes you need to make in order to meet your projection. (ex. Is your diet
to high in fat, and to low in protein?)

2. In order to lose weight the proper way, a person should burn 250 calories per day
in activity only. In order to burn an additional 250 calories per day a 150lb person
should work cardio-respiratory endurance for 30minutes. Do you perform enough
exercise to meet your goal? What are the adjustments you must make to your
daily routine to meet your weight management goal?

3. With your current diet will you reach your goal? What will happen to you and
your body over time if you continue your current eating habits? How will this
affect your overall wellness (please be as specific as possible)?
