(RMC) AND DETERMINATION TO RETAIN THE RELATIONSHIP WITH BUSINESS

THE MAXIMUM PERIOD TO RETAIN CLASSIFIED ACCOUNTS BY BUSINESS
GROUPS UNDER LOSS CATEGORY IS ONE YEAR.
IF THE RMC COMMITTEE IS OF THE OPINION THE DEFAULT IS WILLFUL THE
ACCOUNT SHOULD BE IMEDIATELY PARKED WITH SAM BRANCH. IF THE
DEFAULT IS CIRCUMSTANTIAL THE NPL ACCOUNT SHOULD BE TRANFERRED
