a person in a group situation which encourages him
to contribute to goals & share responsibilities in
them.”
Introduction

 Worker’s participation means associating


representatives of workers at every stage of decision
making. Participative Management is a process by
which the workers share in decision making extends
beyond the decision that are implicit in the specific
contents of the jobs. This in actual practice amounts
to the workers members having a share in reaching
of final managerial decision in an enterprise.
