KUE PISANG GORENG

Fried Banana Cakes


Ingredients: (4 servings)
4 tablespoons of water
Oil as needed for frying
Quarter teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 cup, shifted all purpose flour
4 mashed bananas

Preparation:
Mix mashed bananas, sugar, shifted flour and salt with a whisk.
Add water if necessary to make a very thick batter. Drop a spoon of batter into the hot oil
and fry them for about 3 minutes, turn to make sure they turn golden brown.
Drain. Serve warm with powder sugar.
