and30secondsofsilence.Themusicshouldplay

continues,studentswillrotatetothenextstation.

andwilllineupononesideoftheline.Therestofthe
classwilllineupontheotherside.Theclasswillaskthe
foxwhattimeitisandthefoxwillanswerwith4oclcok
etc.Whenthefoxsaysacertaintime,theclasswalks
forwardthatnumberofsteps.Atonepointthefoxsays
Midnightandchasestheclassbacktothesafetyline.
Thestudentsthatgetcaughtwillbecomefoxes.

EVALUATION/REVIEW
Theteacherwillleadtheclassintoadiscussionaboutthedifferentbodypartsthatweremovedduringthecircuit
trainingandtheskillslearnedusingthebeanbags.
