The United States District Court for the Central District of California held a hearing on Defendant Brian Dubinsky's motion to compel further interrogatory responses from Plaintiff. For any areas of disagreement, each party must submit a proposal and up to a five page written argument supporting their position. The court will issue further orders after reviewing the filings.
