to The Admission Officer, IBS Admission Office, # 65, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta, Hyderabad
500 082, Andhra Pradesh, India, to reach Hyderabad on or before March 21, 2014.
Note:

1.

Please note that non receipt of fee by March 21, 2014 may lead to cancellation of
admission and allotment of seat to a waitlisted candidate.

Do not enclose any other requests/letters with this form.

on reverse of the demand draft.

Withdrawal and Refund of Fee:


The students who withdraw from the program on or before 5.00 pm on May 15, 2014 will be
refunded the admission fee in June 2014 after deducting the administrative charges as per UGC
guidelines. The students whose withdrawal requests are received after 5.00 pm on May 15, 2014 will
not be eligible for refund.
