ADDENDUM NO. 15-012

This Addendum No. 15-012 is issued in response to queries with regard to the project
Provision of Solar Power System in the UPOU Community Hub.
Bidders should take note of the following:
1. Bidder should possess a valid Category D under the size range small B - General Building
Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) license. Bidders with a license for
categories above Category D are also qualified to bid.
2. Bidders should use a string inverter for the solar power.
3. Bidders shall submit tax returns filed only through the Electronic Filing and Payments System
(EFPS).
This bid bulletin shall form an integral part of the bid documents for the project for
inclusion in the submission of technical and financial proposal.
