PCH9000 data logger

As an advanced option the Symetro

Gear unit can be equipped with a
PCH9000 data logger in combination
with the PCH1028 vibration monitor.
The data logger is an important part
of the safety system and trending of
the condition of the gear unit. The
PCH9000 is an industrial, fanless PC
prepared for easy connection of up
to two PCH1028 vibration monitors.
PCH9000 will run the control and
analyzing software CHT1009 for
trending, spectrums, alarms, e-mail
status reports and remote handling of
the vibration monitor parameters.

Installation and settings

PCH9000 is supplied with Windows
XP embedded and pre-installed control
and analyzing software CHT1009. All
vibration data is continuously saved to
an internal replaceable compact flashcard. The vibration monitor settings and
analyzers can be pre-configured so the
system is ready for immediate operation.
The PCH9000 data logger can be
directly accessed by inserting a special
maintenance USB stick for data transfer.
Remote access via Local Area Network
(LAN) or internet is also possible.

PCH9000 data logger

PCH9000 features an I/O board with
LEDs for easy monitoring of PC. When
connected to a SCADA system, PC
activity can be monitored remotely.
Data storage is up to 5 years.
The PCH9000 data logger is supplied
in an IP66/67 protected box with a
RS-232/485 converter and 24VDC/1000240VAC power supply unit. The box
must be placed in a heated room (> 0
C) and is to be connected with the
PCH1028 vibration monitor through a
local supplied RS485 cable.
