Spearheaded and planned Reflective Practice Model (RPM) for grade level collaboration to promote
analysis of teaching and learning data; resulted in a 10% increase in STAAR scores this school year.
Facilitated Professional Learning Communities with the goal of increasing TEKS alignment and
collaborative planning across grade levels.
Organized and facilitated vertical alignment meetings; as well as, the creation of our campus visions for
culture, reading, and writing.
Created STAAR Assessment Probability report for the elementary level, which outlines the number of
questions tested for each TEKS and the probability of the TEKS to be tested on future STAAR tests.
Participated as a TEA Texas Writing STAAR Item Reviewer and provided input and feedback on the 2013
STAAR Writing Assessment.
Served on the Judson ISDs Curriculum-Based Assessments Committee and assisted with developing,
reviewing and editing district CBAs.
Disaggregated campus data (e.g., Benchmarks, Universal Screens, CBAs, STAAR) and assisted in
facilitating data meetings with teachers to analyze data for trends in student performance and plan
targeted instruction for increased student achievement.
School Improvement
Led our campus in earning two TEA distinctions for student performance on the 2014 STAAR Reading and
2014 STAAR Science.
Facilitated Campus Site Based meetings and aligned goals, mission, curriculum, and parent community
involvement.
Formed partnership with Northeast Lakeview College, resulting in student exposure to the college
experience, monetary donations, media publicity and various field trips to the college campus.

Organized and facilitated professional development activities with the goal of increasing teacher capacity
and repertoire of effective instructional methods and strategies as they relate to district and campus goals.

Personnel Management
Supervised a team of 70 professionals; as well as, paraprofessionals, nurses, and support staff.
Conducted teachers and paraprofessional performance appraisals that included instructional performance
observations and post-observation conferences for teachers.
Developed growth plans with teachers for professional development and with the goal of building teacher
capacity.
Fiscal Management
Created and implemented with campus team the Campus Improvement Plan utilizing the Campus Needs
Assessment to determine Campus Improvement Plan goals.
Developed and monitored with campus team the campus budget utilizing the Campus Improvement Plan
to determine how the school budget will be utilized.
Awarded a $3,000 Judson Education Foundation Grant to support genre study as a part of our campus
Readers Workshop program initiative.
Discipline Management
Oversaw a student body of approximately 800 learners.
Implemented Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) and reduced campus referrals from 280
referrals in 2012-2013 to 108 referrals in 2013-2014.
Administered discipline appropriately and equitably.
Introduced and implemented Peer Mediation Program.
Introduced and implemented Ranger of the Six Weeks Program, which recognized students who exhibit
the Six Pillars of Character.
