Overall Assessment of the Applicant Scale Description Highly Suitable (HS) Majority of the selection criteria assessed as highly suitable. Candidate would be unable to perform the duties to the standard required and would require lose supervision for one or more of the following reasons:  limited job knowledge  lacks some essential skills required to perform the role  work performance is inconsistent and makes errors  work output is poor  has difficulty dealing with routine matters and solving problems. abilities and personal qualities. They could be relied upon to perform consistently to a high standard. They could be relied upon to achieve good results with limited supervision.
