THE GRAND JURY CHARGES:

COUNT ONE

Between January 14, 2005 and February 24, 2005 in the Western District of North
Carolina and elsewhere,
NORMAN WILFRED VIGUE

did knowingly receive, and did knowingly attempt to receive, child pornography, as defined in

Title 18 U.S.C. 2256(8)(A), that is a Videotape, which had been mailed or shipped or transported
in interstate or foreign commerce by any means, including by computer.

All in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2252A(a)(2) and (b)(l) and
2256(8)(A).
COUNT TWO

Between January 14, 2005 and February 24, 2005 in the Western District of North

NORMAN VVILFRED VIGUE

did knowingly possess, and did knowingly attempt to possess, child pornography, as defined in
