Ellicott City, Md 21042 SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: I have worked in the real estate industry for over 24 years. I initially sold homes for 2 years for a small real estate company selling resale in Ellicott City and then continued on in New Homes from 1986 representing several local builders. My job title of New Homes Sales Consultant included details such as preliminary marketing for the openings of Communities as well as working with marketing companies, realtors and contractors. I have also work with customers to close sales as well as completed detailed paperwork for market analysis and lender updates for both the buyers and the builders in an effort to have a smooth start to finish in all of my communities. I have worked with all types of financing, FHA, VA & Conventional with several different lenders. I also have trained assistants to help me in obtaining the current market status of the competition as well as loan status updates in addition to keeping the model running efficiently on a day to day basis. 1995 to October 2009 I was employed by Columbia Builders until recently. I worked for them as a Sales Consultant in the Emerson Community. I worked for them selling Single Family and Town Homes in Emerson. I also represented them in Columbia selling communities in Clary’s Forest, Long Reach and River Hill. I also sold for them in a community of Town Homes in Elkridge. I worked with the Builders directly on advertising, appropriate signage and marketing. I worked with the marketing companies to determine the target market for the communities as well the types of advertising to reach these potential target areas. My job also entailed, meeting and greeting the customers, detailed follow up in the form of phone contact, flyers, and any form of advertising that is necessary to help close the sale. I feel my strength is not the hard sell approach but building the confidence of the potential buyers and building the trust in me that helps them feel confident to buy a home through me. I feel customers are very scared more so than ever and they want very much to have faith in the sales person and feel the sales person has integrity and that they can truly trust them. I believe they see that in me through my commitment to helping throughout the entire process including helping them obtain the best financing for them and having them happy at the end of settlement. I have sold over 50 million for Columbia Builders during these years. 1992 to April 1995 I was employed by PCS Homes, based in Annapolis. I represented them in a Community of town homes in Baltimore County. I also opened a community of homes in Ellicott City and before finishing went on to sell for Columbia Builders. My employment with them was as a Sales Consultant for both communities. In both communities we started from sales trailers and went on to sell from the models. My job included very detailed sales process to keep up with the competition whose prices were significantly lower and whose incentives were significantly higher. At the time PCS homes was a small unknown builder which was part of the marketing that we had to overcome. 1990 to 1991 I was employed by Randy Reiner owner of Randall Homes, selling Single family homes in Ellicott City.
