ORDER AUTHORIZING AUCTION SALE FREE
AND CLEAR OF LIENS, CLAIMS & INTERESTS Came on to be heard the Trustees Motion for authority to sell by auction sale free and clear of liens, claims and interests, and the Court noting that no objections having heard the evidence and argument of counsel is of the opinion that such Motion should be granted, the Court is of the opinion that the relief requested is necessary and proper and is in the best interest of the estate and the creditors. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the Trustee may sell by auction sale conducted by National Auctioneers & Liquidators, Inc., an approved auctioneer, sometime on July 24 and 25, 2015, or as soon thereafter as is practical, to the highest bidder. The items to be auctioned are Debtors property located within the Town Club 6th Floor Space in the Office Building at 800 N. Shoreline Blvd., Corpus Christi, Texas commonly known as One Shoreline Plaza, and all property located in any storage space in such Building. The purchaser at this auction shall take title to the property free and clear of all liens claims and interests upon such property, but that any such liens, claims and interests shall attach to the proceeds received by the Trustee for such sale, to the extent same are valid. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Trustee shall pay the filing fee for this Motion from the sales funds once funds are received of $176.00. Dated:
