Part II: Reflection

CANDIDATE REFLECTIONS:
(Minimum of 3-4 sentences per question)

1. Briefly describe the field experience. What did you learn about technology facilitation and
leadership from completing this field experience?
After I completed this Lesson plan, I used what I learned from the readings, videos, apps, online
webpages, and activities throughout this course in order to create a lesson plan that help students
to feel more engage, motivated, and challenged using internet tools. I believe this class has helped
me to develop digital skills in WEB 2.0 and 3.0.
2. How did this learning relate to the knowledge (what must you know), skills (what must you
be able to do) and dispositions (attitudes, beliefs, enthusiasm) required of a technology
facilitator or technology leader? (Refer to the standards you selected in Part I. Use the
language of the PSC standards in your answer and reflect on all 3—knowledge, skills, and
dispositions.)
This learning relates to knowledge because a visionary candidate needs to demonstrate the
knowledge through a skillful work. The skills are required to demonstrate dispositions to create,
support and manage effective digital learning environments. As far as disposition I believe my
career has turned like 90 degrees because now I model and promote digital citizenship. I am more
conscious and more mature about the safety and legal / ethical requirements.
3. Describe how this field experience impacted school improvement, faculty development or
student learning at your school. How can the impact be assessed?
This field experience impacted the World Languages at Woodstock High School, Sequoyah and
Pope High School because I have created a workshop and I have invited other teachers to join me
form me to share my new passion and enthusiasm about these tools. My coworkers have been
inspired too and they have created and used my training in their classes.
